Here we go!

I'm starting this blog so that I can document for myself the things I am learning while I work on losing more than 150 lbs. I want to remember the lessons I'm learning, and writing them down helps to solidify my thoughts, and I can re-read what I wrote when I'm struggling. I hope that you will gain some small insight from my own, and feel encouraged. For the first time in my life, I think that maybe I can do this. Everyday is a challenge, but I'm determined to keep fighting!
At least, today I feel determined!
